Vocablo is an online Spanish verb conjugation practice application. We provide:

  • Interactive verb conjugation exercises
  • Spaced repetition learning system (FSRS)
  • Progress tracking and statistics
  • Both free and premium subscription tiers

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

The free tier includes limited daily exercises. No payment is required.

Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions provide unlimited access to all features. Subscriptions are billed:

  • Monthly: Recurring monthly payments
  • Yearly: Recurring annual payments (discounted rate)

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial periods
  • Your account reverts to the free tier

Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with our service. Contact us at support@vocablo.nl to request a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated tools to access the service
  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Vocablo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Vocablo and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vocablo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific learning goals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocablo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
